Shatta Wale Says He Prays for God’s Blessing to Buy a ‘Big’ Car for Samini

Shatta Wale, the Ghanaian dancehall artiste, has described his colleague Samini as his best friend and plans on getting him a ‘big’ car in the near future.

In an interview on Kessben FM in Kumasi, the “Wash” hitmaker, Shatta Wale, expressed his sincere love for Samini, stating that they have remained good friends despite efforts to turn them against each other.

Shatta Wale revealed, “The only person they tried to turn against me was Samini. They made attempts to create a rift between Samini and me, but despite all that, Samini is now my best friend. I have a deep love for him, and I owe him a lot in my life. We’ve been through a lot together, and I truly appreciate everything he’s done. Our bond has grown stronger, and I don’t let the past negativity affect the friendship we share today.”

He continued, “I’m praying to God to bless me with more success and wealth so that, on one of my birthdays, I can buy him a big car as a token of my gratitude. It would be my way of showing how much I value him and our friendship.”

Criticizing some figures in the music industry, Shatta Wale further remarked, “They’ve been clashing our heads with all sorts of drama, and it went on with Stonebwoy. Now, even Black Sherif, who is doing well, is facing the same treatment. They are trying to create tension between us, and the system is just watching it happen.”

For years, Samini and Shatta Wale were embroiled in what many considered the fiercest war of words in Ghana’s music industry. Their rivalry was centered around who truly deserved the title of the ‘Dancehall King’ in Ghana, with both artistes fiercely defending their positions and exchanging heated insults. This ongoing battle captured the attention of fans and the public alike, making it one of the most talked-about feuds in the Ghanaian music scene.

The duo, however, has now put the past behind them and are on good terms.
