Lionel Messi talks about His Retirement From Football.

Lionel Andrès “Leo” Messi is an Argentine professional footballer who plays forward and captains both Major League soccer club Inter Miami and his National Team Argentina. He has however talked about his final club before he retires from football.
In an interview with ESPN , the ever loved and most valued footballer revealed that Inter Miami will be his last and final club to ever play with. The eight time Ballon

d’Or winner also expressed that he is not ready to retire from football.
This is a hint to his supporters that , the FC Barcelona football icon is harboring thoughts of retiring from Football. This thought affirmed when he said , “Inter Miami will be my last club”. He however makes it known that he will miss the moments he had playing , as it is a game he really loves.


Messi , stated in the interview how he actually never enjoyed being world champion but is starting to enjoy it more , now that he is going for retirement. He said ,”The fact that I was world champion helped a lot to start seeing things differently . Now I enjoy it much more because I am aware that I am getting closer and closer to retirement “.
The 37 year old football icon and world champion Messi is at a stage in the football career of most footballers which is assured to be the greatest point for retirement. As this may come as a shock and disappointment to many , the icon’s contract with Inter Miami ends in 2025 .
It is not clear whether he will renew it , neither is it also confirmed if Lionel Messi will lead his National Team to defend their World championship in 2026.He has scored 833 goals for club and country throughout his professional career and is also the first and only player in history to win five and six European Golden Shoes.
