Many Ghanaians were upset when Puma unveiled the country’s 2025 jersey.
Following Puma’s Friday unveiling of the Black Stars’ 2025 New Jersey, Ghanaians have voiced their disapproval.
Puma unveiled two Black Stars uniforms: the team’s classic white uniform and a return to the bright yellow one that Ghana wore so brilliantly in the early 1990s.
The Black Stars will use the Jersey in 2025 when they play in Ghana’s World Cup qualification campaign.
Fans’ indignation on social media has been directed against the jersey’s exorbitant auction price. The cost of the home and away Jersey is €94.95, while the pre-game uniform is €59.95.
