Kofi Adomah Nwanwani, the famous journalist cum CEO of Kofi TV has been shot at the eye and also is taking immediate specialized medical treatment in Dubai for an injury sustained due to some tragic incident which happened just a few hours ago; these have gone some viral reports.

An exclusive report sighted on myjoyonline.com also reveals that the said injury of the journalist took place during the traditional funeral ceremony organized last week in Dormaa in the Bono Region.

He was quoted to have said by the said report that during firing musketry by some chiefs at the event, something unfortunate incident happened. Kofi Adomah was cocked with his face as he hoped to get nearer to the gala when the gunpowder burst into the air and got him.

The consequence culminated in a grave injury to one of his eyes rendering him sightless with it. Moreover, it was reported that added effect on Kofi’s other eye was due to the blurriness of vision, as testified by a source close to him.

The celebrated journalist has been flown to Dubai after receiving initial treatment in Ghana for advanced treatment that would salvage his eyesight.

“He is now in Dubai for restoration of the one eye that is blurry. But it looks like the other one cannot see again,” a source allegedly said to myjoyonline.

The new information gathered indicates that Kofi Adomah is now stable and under treatment at the Dubai hospital.
