BET Hip-Hop Awards 2024: No Ghanaian Artiste Nominated. Full list of nominees announced.

Several well-known hip-hop artists have been included on the list of nominees for the 2024 BET Hip-Hop Awards.

On October 15, the Awards night in Las Vegas will take place to honor the top hip-hop artists of the previous year.

Megan Thee Stallion Receives Letter of Support Denouncing Violence

Megan Thee Stallion leads the field with 12 nominations, closely followed by Kendrick Lamar with 11 and Drake with 8. Several other strong candidates have received several nominations, including Cardi B, GloRilla, Metro Boomin, and Nicki Minaj.

As has happened in previous years, no Ghanaian musician was able to secure a nomination this year. After losing out on the category award in 2022, Black Sherif took home his first-ever BET “Best International Flow” award in 2023. A BET Hip-Hop award has also been won by Stonebwoy and Sarkodie.

Burna Boy and Odumodublvck were the only two Nigerian musicians, who were nominated for Best International Flow and Best Live Performer, respectively.
