Bawumia becoming president will attract investments from Saudi Arabia

A private lawyer named Maurice Ampaw has urged Ghanaians to vote for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia in the 2024 presidential election.

He claimed that such a development will greatly help the nation since countries like Saudi Arabia will invest in the country.

In a Happy FM interview, the private legal practitioner  said that the vice president is destined to become Ghana’s first Muslim president.

He continued by saying that if Dr. Bawumia were elected president, Ghana would get significant investments from the Arab world, which would aid in bringing about the necessary changes to the economy of the nation.

“If Bawumia wins, it is in line with what God has said. For the first time, we are going to get a Muslim President. And Saudi Arabia and the Islamic community would be investing hugely in this country to support our economy. That is what we need now,” he emphasized.

The lawyer denied claims that Ghana was not prepared to have a Muslim president.

“I’m in for a Muslim becoming a President. Ghana is ready for this and Insha Allah, we will get it,” he added.

Should Kennedy Agyapong, the MP for Assin Central, win the party’s nomination for president, he continued, “I will never run for the NPP.”

He said that Kennedy Agyapong running for president of the NPP would be disastrous not only for the party but also for the entire nation.

“I am unable to continue living under Kennedy Agyapong’s rule. I’m too big for it. First of all, he lacks the qualifications to serve as president. If the country even thinks Ken is presidential material to the point where people would vote for him, that would be a political disaster, he stated in Twi.

He continued by saying that if Ken were to run for president of the NPP, the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) would have already won the 2024 elections.
