Ghanaian renowned Dancers, Afronitaa and Abigail Dromo, who was Winner of TV3 Talented Kidz Season 14 made it to the finals of Britain’s Got Talent (BGT) after going through Thursday’s semi-finals with an electrifying performance.
The duo are set to prepare for the competition’s finals on Sunday, June 2, 2024.
Their secured qualification marks a historic feat for Ghana on a global stage.
BGT confirmed and congratulated their final spot via a post on their Instagram handle on Thursday, May 30.

“Your votes have sent Abigail & Afronitaaa straight through to Sunday’s FINAL! Congratulations!,” BGT said.
This came after the duo were officially announced as semifinalists in the Britain’s Got Talent on Thursday, May 30.
After some amazing semi-final performances on Thursday night, Afronita and Abigail sailed through to the competition’s finals.
Their dance featured songs from Fuse ODG’s Azonto, Beyonce’s Run The World, Toofan’s Gweta, and other popular hit songs to impress the judges leaving them with nothing but a yes to confirm their qualification to the finals.
Afronitaa and her protege, Abigail both held the Ghana flag High have already begun flooding social media with congratulatory messages rooting for a win of the ultimate prize in the finals of the competition.
Just about a month ago, these dancers received applause after impressed Ghanaians and audience at the BGT with an exceptional performance during their stage audition.
Subsequently, the video went viral, igniting pride and ardour among Ghanaians. They proceeded to crush the next round of competition with yet another incredible performance including Fuse ODG’s song “Antenna.”
Recently, Afronitaa created a dancing academy to instruct aspiring young dancers. Meanwhile, her partner, seven-year-old Abigail, who is deaf, won Talented Kid’s season 14 with her exceptional talent.
