University of Education, Winneba (UEW), School Of Creative Arts, Department of Music Education, has released an announcement on their upcoming eight-week intensive music camp designated to help develop and nurture musical talents across the globe. This camp is set to commence on the 8th of September and end on the 16th of November 2024. This training camp aims to offer an immersive experience for both budding and experienced musicians allowing them to hone their skills.
The Department of Music put together a team of renowned music educators, performers, and industry professionals to lead the camp. These instructors will bring a wealth of experience and will provide personalized guidance to help each participant reach their full potential.
Eligible participants include,
- Senior High and Technical school leavers who satisfy the university’s Minimum requirement for admission.
- Choir Directors and Popular Dance band Musicians as well as cultural troupe Directors.
- Others who desire to receive basic lessons in Music NB: Only those who meet the university’s Basic admission would be considered for admission.
Duraton.
The Programme is scheduled to span for a period of Eight(8) weeks.
It will commence on the 8th of September and End on 16th Noember 2024.
Certification
Successful participants will be awarded Certificates.
REGISTRATION
Prospective participants should purchase the Registration Form at the cost of One Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢100.00) from the Accounts Office of the School of Creative Arts, UEW, Central Campus.
In addition, candidates who would like to be considered for regular admission for, Diploma or Degree programmes in Music after the vacation programme should purchase online application forms for 2024/2025 academic year.

PARTICIPATION FEES
Participants will be expected to pay Nine Hundred Ghana Cedis only (GH¢900.00) as cost of the Training during the Vacation Music Camp. Fees payment should be made to
