Leicester City worked Extremely Hard To Get My Signature- Jordan Ayew.

The Ghanaian forward Jordan Ayew, after making a  Switch to the Foxes,  expressed his appreciation to Leicester City for fighting harder to get his signature, as the former Crystal Palace star reunites with his former manager at the King Power Stadium.

Jordan Ayew penned a two-year contract with the Foxes on Friday, with Crystal Palace receiving £5 million for the transfer.

In his reaction to the transfer, the 32-year-old striker said that, “I’m thrilled to be here and proud. I want to thank the Club as they fought hard to bring me here – it happened quickly, and I’m so happy to be here. As a player, when you hear that the manager wants you, it just makes you want to come and work under him and to try to improve.”

Jordan Ayew, now switching to his fourth Premier League club, adds a wealth of experience to the newly promoted Liecester City  as they attempt to maintain  a top flight spot  after winning the Championship last season.

The former  Marseille  star who has played for Aston Villa, Swansea City and Crystal Palace   is expected to double  his tally of appearances as well as goals and assists after getting to unite with Ghanaian teammate Fatawu Issahaku who was very instrumental in the Foxes and promotion and also picking up an Assist in their Last week fixture with Totenham.

The Son of the  Olympique de Marseille legend, Abedi Pele holds an international recognition as 6th all-time Goal scorer of the Blackstars having recorded  over 100 times caps in a space of 14 years.

Leicester City will face Fulham on Saturday in their next Premier League fixture after their Impressive 1-1 draw with Tottenham Hotspur in their Opening game of the Premier League.
