The incumbent government sets to launch their manifesto on 18th August in Takoradi,in the Western Region,with an 11- member committee set-up to plan and execute the launch event.

The General Secretary of the NPP, Justin Kodua Frimpong issued a statement dated Monday August ,5 to announce the launching of the party’s manifesto.

He also  named  Oboshie Sai-Coffie and Abena Asante as Chairperson and Secretary of the committee respectively.

The statement gave the names of the other members of the committee as Henry Nana Boakye, the National Organiser of the NPP; Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, Minister of Works and Housing; Fati Abubakar, the Minister of Information; Dr Antoinette Tsiboe-Darko, a Deputy General Secretary of the NPP; Kate Gyamfuah, NPP National Women’s Organiser; Ndede Siah, Dennis Miracles Aboagye, Communications Director of Dr Bawumia campaign; Anthony Abayifa Karbo, a former Deputy Minister of Roads and Highways, and Alhaji Haruna Mohammed, a Deputy General Secretary of the NPP.

“The party congratulates the committee and expresses confidence in its ability to deliver on its mandate in the supreme interest of the New Patriotic Party,” it said.
