According to the  Attorney, Justin Timberlake who was charged with a count of Driving While Intoxicated( DWI) has been released from New York police custody.

The spokesperson for Sag Harbor Police told CNN that, The American singer and actor failed to stop at a stop sign got pulled over, and was placed under arrest after midnight in Sag Harbor, New York, . and spent a night in detention.  Ed Burke mentioned that Timberlake was arrested for running the stop sign and failure to keep  his lane,

However, He was released without bail and scheduled for July 26  to appear in Court.

Sag Harbor, is a village that sits in the Hamptons on eastern Long Island. Based on reports from persons with knowledge of the situation,  Timberlake was picked up by the police shortly after he left his hotel room.

Timberlake is currently touring   With his recent album, “Everything I Thought It Was,”  and is scheduled for performance at  Chicago at the United Center on Friday.
